Running clean costs

When the 2007 trucks and engines take to the road later this year, they will in many cases be putting out cleaner air through the smokestack than they're taking in. While nobody would suggest plopping a diesel engine in your living room as an air purifier, the manufacturers should be commended for finding a way of reducing emissions by a further 90%, especially as this comes on the heels of another round of emissions slashing which occurred in 2002.
