New acquisition for NF Group

On 3 February 2011, Ostchem/NF Trading AG announced that their parent company had completed the acquisition of the Ukrainian nitrogen producer JSC Azot Severo-Donetsk. According to the announcement, NF Group has accumulated all the shares in Azot and NF Trading AG will become the exclusive marketer and seller of all the products of JSC Azot in both the Ukrainian domestic market and internationally.
