Risk management in space systems

摘要

The roots of the newly published ISO standard Space Systems - Risk Management,originated in the environment of the European Cooperation for Space Standardization,which brings together the management,engineering and product assurance domains of space programme management. This standard was developed in an interdisciplinary working group,with experts invited from these three domains to participate in its drafting.The overall responsibility for the development converged under the management domain.This inclusiveness served to bring together the multiplicity of experiences and interests in the field,with the intention of securing acceptance of the standard across a broad spectrum of applications.The nature and relevance of the principles of risk management to more general,non-space specific activities, also positions this standard as a useful resource outside the space sector at project level.
