摘要

Novel glycodendrimers scaffolds containing twelve and eighteen alpha-D-glycopyranoside at the periphery and triazole as branching unit have been synthesized using click chemistry. Higher generation dendrimers exhibit better anti-inflammatory activity than the lower generation due to the presence of more triazole branching units and multivalent glycopyranoside units.
