a method of composite Eshelby inclusion is proposed for aferroelectric grain with domain switching embedded in apolycrystalline ferroelectric matrix. The method quantifies thetwinning struc- ture due to spontaneous polarization, as well as theconventional and non-conventional domain struc- tures after polinginduced domain reorientation of 90 degree. The predicted parametersinclude the vol- ume fraction, the thickness, and the surfaceinclination angle of switched domain plates.
