Comparative analysis of Conversion Efficiency of 2.45 GHz Rectenna Configurations for Microwave Power Transmission

摘要

RF-DC conversion is one of the key issues for practical implementation of wireless power transmission technology. This paper presents three configurations of 2.45 GHz rectenna system. The rectennas are analysed for various resistive loads varying from 100 ohms to 1000 ohm using ORCAD 9.1 Software. The simulated results are presented in the paper and on the comparison of conversion efficiency and cost of rectennas at these loads, a compatible configuration out of these configurations is proposed in the paper.
