AbstractWe report here on the utility of on‐line culture redox potential and dissolved oxygen measurements to identify metabolic changes in fermentation byCorynebacterium glutamicumunder aerobic conditions. Metabolic changes were identified by observing discrepancies in the profile of culture redox potential and dissolved oxygen.
