USDA combats HLB spread through California quarantine

The USDA’s Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service has expanded areas under quarantine in some counties within the state of California to contain the spread of citrus greening disease or huanglongbing (HLB – Candidatus liberibacter asiaticus).
