Israeli specialty minerals and chemicals business ICL(Tel Aviv)and agritech start-up Agrematch(Tel Aviv)have agreed a development deal for biostimulants.The multi-year program will use the latter’s artificial intelligence(AI)system for the discovery of novel crop nutrition solutions.The partnership will make use of Agrematch’s”artificial intelligence for active ingredients”(AI4AI)platform,which is expected to produce proprietary compounds developed as”unique biostimulants and plant nutrition products,ultimately optimizing overall plant and soil health and maximizing plant yield,quality and resilience”.
