Carollo Engineers (Walnut Creek, Calif.) hired Susan Gilbert as a senior vice president. Gilbert will assist in implementing the company's strategic plan and working with clients across the country to implement, procure, and execute solutions. Xylem Inc. (Rye Brook, N.Y.) named Colin Sabol senior vice president and president of analytics and treatment. Sabol will lead the global operations of these two business divisions. He also will continue to serve on the company's senior leadership team.
