Installing and maintaining water assets requires a surprising amount of knowledge about dirt. Excavation, pollutant detection and remediation, back-filling, and settling all come into play with wastewater rehabilitation and installation projects. In many cases, the situations that utilities face come from the negligence or ignorance of others. Yet as stewards of both the environment and the well-being of customers, water utilities often step up to fix things the right way.
