HHLA/DB adjusts share stakes

Hamburg-based Hamburger Hafen und Logistik AG (HHLA) and Deutsche Bahn (DB) have agreed to rearrange their respective shareholdings in TFG Transfracht, the main rail service provider in Germany, Polzug, which provides rail services to/from Poland, and Metrans. The latter, which offers rail services to/from the Czech Republic. Subject to regulatory approval, HHLA will take over DB's shareholding in the intermodal operators Polzug (33.3%) and Metrans (35%).
