Ocean carriers appear to be running in opposite directions in the tradelane between Asia and Europe. Despite declining economic conditions in Europe, Evergreen, CSCL and ZIM Line brought back their joint Ces2/Aex2/Ax2 service between Asia and northern Europe on May 17, 2012. Deploying nine vessels averaging 8,600TEU, it calls at Qingdao, Ningbo, Shanghai, Xiamen, Yantian, Port Tanjung Pelepas (PTP), Port Klang, Rotterdam, Hamburg, Antwerp, PTP and Qingdao.
