We shall prove the validity of the Prandtl boundary layer expansion for the two-dimensional Navier-Stokes flows around the Rayleigh boundary layer, which is the first result verifying the stability of the formation of the boundary layer in the inviscid limit with respect to the perturbations in the Gevrey 32documentclass[12pt]{minimal} usepackage{amsmath} usepackage{wasysym} usepackage{amsfonts} usepackage{amssymb} usepackage{amsbsy} usepackage{mathrsfs} usepackage{upgreek} setlength{oddsidemargin}{-69pt} begin{document}$$frac{3}{2}$$end{document} class.
