Existence results for double phase obstacle problems with variable exponents

In this paper, we introduce a new class of the approximating problems corresponding to a quasilinear obstacle equations, which involves a general variable exponents elliptic operator in divergence form, called double phase obstacle operator with variable exponents. Based on the mountain pass theorem, tools from non-smooth analysis, and some suitable assumptions, we prove the existence of weak solutions.
