In this paper, we establish the existence of two positive constants lambda(0) and lambda(1) with lambda(0) <= lambda(1), such that any lambda is an element of [lambda(1), infinity) is an eigenvalue, while any lambda is an element of(0, lambda(0)) is not an eigenvalue, for a Kirchhoff type problem driven by nonlocal operators of elliptic type in a fractional Orlicz-Sobolev space, with Dirichlet boundary conditions.
