Researchers develop better methods for delivery of water-soluble nutrients to marine fish larvae

Commercial marine finfish culture is still relatively new in North America. Currently, cobia, California yellowtail, sablefish, white seabass and red drum are commercially grown for food fish. In addition, white seabass, red snapper and sea trout arecultured for stock enhancement programs and a growing number of species are cultured for the marine ornamental industry.
