Who would have thought that a high-performance scale EDF (electric ducted fan) could be considered relaxing, but thaf s exactly what you get with the U-2 spy plane by Phase 3. Three versions of this plane are available: kit (no electronics and unpainted); I-Bind (complete with the exception of an Airtronics compatible transmitter); and Almost Ready to Fly. In the ARF version, which is the basis of this review, everything is included except 4 AA (yes, only 4) batteries for the transmitter. The stealthy, flat-black painted EPP foam airframe is well protected from shipping hazards and arrived without any damage. All of the required electronics are included, from the transmitter to the balancing LiPo charger for the supplied 1650mAh 11. 1V battery.
