Prices to move down until year-end

Kazakh mills’ prices depended on the import market in October, with ArcelorMittal Temirtau (AMT) keeping production reduced and accepting noorders for HR flats. Given negative developments in their home market,Russian mills had to reduce prices to Kazakh companies. Specifically,MMK cut the prices for 2-8 mm HR steel by 4-5%.
