Findings: We describe a septal perforation repair technique aimed for moderate to large perforations, which involves a unilateral transpositional/rotational flap utilizing lateral nasal wall and inferior turbinate (IT) mucosa and a contralateral underlay porcine small intestinal submucosa mesh.
