Counselors perceive the ADN and BSN degree pathways as confusing and are in need of clarification ? Counselors were not aware of differences between ADN and BSN nurses and quality and safety initiatives redefining workforce ? Counselors need formal collaboration alliances with nursing to provide information about changes in practice and education
