Genetic Diversity Analysis in Sweet Orange (Citrus sinensis Obseck) Genotypes on the Basis of Morphological andPhysico-chemical Traits

Morpho-physiological data of 16 sweet orange genotypes were subjected to cluster analysis and the tested genotypes were grouped into four clusters with cluster I and II showing maximum inter cluster distance. Cluster I, cluster II, cluster IV and cluster III showed inter cluster distance of 0.58, 0.55, 0.52 and 0.30, respectively. This indicated dissimilarity for morphological features and performance in these clusters.
