This looks GREAT, Toni! Thank you so much for your expertise, time, and hard work on the "Innovative Staffing Models" issue. I appreciate so much your work and the huge amount of time you devoted to some of the images and I understand why, ultimately, all of them could not be published in color. You certainly tried! And thank you very much for adding the last section to the Introduction which alerts ATG readers to the two additional articles that will be published in the November issue of ATG. You are an outstanding copy editor, Toni!
