OPTICAL-FIBER SENSOR FOR SIMULTANEOUS MEASUREMENT OF PRESSURE AND TEMPERATURE - ANALYSIS OF CROSS SENSITIVITY

The use of a highly elliptical core two-mode fiber for simultaneous measurement of pressure (radial pressure or hydrostatic pressure) and temperature is presented. The sources are discussed.
