摘要

Recent advances in polycrystalline and single-crystal inorganic and organic optoelectronic devices have attracted much attention.Among the numerous types of nanometer-scale building blocks,colloidal semiconductor nanocrystals are of special interest because they permit the construction of ordered assemblies for use in optoelectronics,photonics,and biosensing.Self-assembly processes which make it possible to obtain structures with a high level of ordering are of special interest.
