The situation in the amsul market has remained stable. Pro- ducers are believed to be committed until April. One of the agricultural producers in the Central Black Earth region purchased 6,400t of granular amsul from Kuaz at Rbs13,200/t cpt for March delivery. The price for granu- lar amsul for farmers in Volga region is at Rbs12,700/t dap (delivered at place) Bashkiria.
