Warmer and drier conditions are prompting farmers to com- plete NPKs purchases by the end of March. Availability of 16-16-16 — the most demanded spring grade — is tight, as Belarussian frm Gomel Chemical Plant ofered only 8,000-10,000t for March shipment, down from 15,000t of 16-16-16 delivered in February and 28,000t in January. The price for product from existing inventories of 16-16-16 has frmed to HRN 10,950-11,400/t ex-warehouse, compared with HRN 10,700-10,850/t two weeks before. Railcar lots of 16-16-16 are on ofer at HRN 10,800-11,000/t, up from HRN 10,700-10,800/t last week.
