摘要

Recent developments in the chemistry of arene-fused phos-phole π systems have shed light on their characteristic properties for use in optoelectronic applications. For example, many derivatives of benzo[b]phospholes, dibenzo-[b,d]phospholes, dithieno[b,d]phospholes, and P,X-bridged stilbenes (X = P, B, S) have been reported to possess highly fluorescent nature partly due to their rigid π skeletons. It is well established that phosphole has a low-lying LUMO derived from the effective σ~*-π~* orbital interaction.
