The construction of supramolecular polymers has recently become one of the principal challenges in nanoscience based on chemistry and biology.For biomedical applications such as drug delivery and tissue engineering biomole-cules have great potential as structural units in supramolecular polymers because of their biocompatibility and biode-gradability.
