摘要

Regioregular poly(3-alkylthiophene)s are some of the best-performing semiconducting polymeric materials and are increasingly finding use in device applications such as organic field-effect transistors and photovoltaics,in which their high degree of order yields high charge-carrier mobilities.The more easily oxidized poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT) has been used as the active material in electro-chromic devices,antistatic coatings,and capacitors,and as a hole-injecting layer in organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs).
