Talk about your bandwagons! Late in October, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved a new food label that allows marketers to make a health claim about the soy protein in low-fat food products. No sooner did the news break that FDA was going to approve the label standard, that food companies started touting their soybased benefits.
