MEETING THE MILESTONES

The waste management industry reached significant milestones in 2006, 10 years after the Waste Management Industry Training and Advisory Board (WAMITAB) awarded the first competence qualification. WAMITAB issued the 7 000th Certificate of Technical Competence (COTC) to Andrew Murphy of the Erith Haulage Company in January 2006.
