Calderdale Metropolitan Borough Council (MBC) and its contractor, Focsa Services (UK) Ltd, are currently working on a groundbreaking project by developing classroom-based training specifically for recycling operatives. The project is funded by Defra and will provide the underpinning knowledge needed for the NVQ level 1 in Recycling Operations.
