The 7th International Conference ORBIT 2010 "Organic Resources in the Carbon Economy" was held in Heraklion, Crete, Greece, from June 29 to July 3,2010. The Conference was organised by the Hellenic Solid Waste Management Association (HSWMA), the ORBIT Association and the European Compost Network (ECN), with the support of the IWWG, the Harokopio University of Athens, the Technological Educational Institute (TEI) of Crete, the European Biogas Association (EBA) and the International Solid Waste Association (ISWA).
