From the beautiful waters surrounding the southern coast of Sardinia, this year the IWWG Art Gallery will head off in a new direction and take on a new, exciting shape. In October 2015, the Gallery successfully featured at the "Sardinia Symposium" within the context of a greater discussion around the topic of art from waste and new approaches to waste management education. The Symposium was officially opened by Dr. Elizabeth Bachhuber from Bauhaus University, Weimar, who addressed the guests with a thought-provoking account of her personal artistic journey of experimentation with refuse.
