Suitability of MSW landfill siting by using Geographical Information System (GIS) in Nepal: Lekhanth Municipality case study

Lekhnath Municipality is facing solid waste management problems because of the increase in urbanisation and economic development. The combination of GIS and Multi-criteria Evaluation (MCE) has been routinely adopted as an approach to assess the suitable location for the waste management facility sitting. The main objective of the study is to allocate a potential MSW landfill site.
