Global recycling seems to be a growing market. We are witnessing an increasing share of waste from the rich countries being exported to poorer countries. Is this due to a better utilization of natural resources, or is it due to a lower cost of treatment or disposal of waste in the poor countries? In most cases, the latter is the answer!
