To offer the best possible solution it is therefore also necessary to understand the cigarette manufacturing process and the specific applications of the parts. The cigarette production facilities and the engineering departments of cigarette manufacturers often contact us regarding their needs and we travel worldwide to meet and discuss with them on site personally. Of course, we also keep up with developments regarding information systems and how to integrate them with our customers' ERP systems.
