Preparation of Nanosized Terbium-Manganese Mixed Oxides by Extract Pyrolysis

We have studied the extraction of terbium from solutions of acetylacetone and trialkyl benzylam-monium chloride in benzene. On the basis of the terbium distribution, including luminescent spectroscopy results, we concluded that well-extracting mtxed-ligand terbium complexes are formed. The dependencies of the composition of the pyrolysis products of terbium-manganese mixed extracts on the mixture ratio in the organic phase were found.
