摘要

By using two thin layers contacted with the front and back surfaces to change the heat transfer process between an industry c-Si solar cell and environment, the temperature distribution and output parameters of the cell are discussed under different environmental temperatures. The results show that when the thermal properties of the two thin layers are close to perfect heat insulators, the cell temperature will be stabilized around a certain temperature; when the thermal properties of the two thin layers are close to perfect heat conductors, the cell temperature is the same as environmental temperature and except the value of short current density, the values of other output parameters, such as open circuit voltage, filling factor and efficiency, will decrease linearly with environmental temperature increasing; when the material of the two thin layers are adopted as still air, the temperature distribution both in the cell and in the two thin layers will vary with the temperature difference between the cell and environment, but the changing rules of the output parameters with environmental temperature are similar with those of the two thin layers close to perfect heat conductors.
