Sedimentary organic mtter's classification and oil-generating models for organic components of oil- gas source rocks in china

The sedimentary organic matter's classification of source rolcks in China was suggested that is not only suitable for limnic source rocks, but also for marine source rocks. In this classification, the influence of maturity on macerals was considered. And the position of some macerals was modified. The oil- generating models of source rock macerals including two kind of marine organisms are founded. It is pointed out that the oil window of marine carbonate source rocks (probaly including mudstone source rocks) may be 0.5/100-1/6/100 Vro, wider than that of limnic source rocks.
