Tectonic framework of the ultrahigh- pressure metamorphic zone from the dabie mountains

摘要

Hot topics, such as ophiolitic melange, collision time, "in-situ/foreign" of UHP rocks and their country gneiss, subduction polarity, were discussed in light of new observations. During the Triassic continental collision, the Yangtze block subducted northwards beneath the Sino-Korean block. However, no relic ophiolitic melange has been recognized so far. The Triassic collision suture between the two continental blocks is replaced by the South Dabie Collision Complex that exhumed to nowadays surface.
