It's difficult for only theoretic analyses based on relations of stress with strength to be used for the precise description and prediction of deformations and failures in geotechnical engineering because of the complex of rock engineering. In fact to the rock engineering design problems appear as great losses since conservation, or engineering accidents even disasters. So a new way not only more suitable for rock engineering properties of rock engineering theoretically but also feasible to methods and techniques is to be find out.
