PCR THERMAL CYCLER

The FlexCycler~2 is a modern thermal cycler which combines exceptional design with reliable technology in one system. Using the Quick-X-Change block exchange system, block modules can be exchanged within seconds, allowing the instrument to flexibly adapt to changing requirements. In total, six different mono-and twin-block modules are available, all of which can replace each other. The two independent blocks of the twin-block modules allow two different polymerase chain reaction (PCR) programs to be run simultaneously, thereby helping users avoid bottlenecks. The 96-well block module and the 48-well twin-block module, for optimization of new primer pairs, are also an available option with gradient function. The FlexCycler~2 provides state-of-the-art heating and cooling rates, and excellent temperature uniformity enables reproducible conditions in all positions of the sample blocks. The user-friendly software, in combination with extensive additional software options, makes the FlexCycler~2 the perfect system for challenging PCR applications.
