Common Fixed Point Theorems For Self-maps

In this paper we present some common fixed point theorem of compatible, reciprocally continuous self-maps of a metric space. The purpose of this paper is to obtain fixed point theorems for maps satisfying contractive type on metric spaces, wherein the continuity of maps is replaced by reciprocally continuous, non-vacuously commuting, tangential continuous while the commuting mappings by partially commuting and R-weakly commuting mappings.
