On July, 22nd, 2008 the President of the Russian Federation signed the Federal law No 22 «About modification in the Federal law «About the federal budget for 2008 and for the scheduled period of 2009 and 2010». The law is accepted by the State Duma of the Russian Federation on July, 4th and approved by Council of Federation of the Russian Federation on July, 11th, 2008 (Min - Ministry, Sc - section, Si - subitem, PACh - purpose article of charges, KCh - kind of charges. - Ed.).
