摘要

On may 22-23 in the city of smolensk on the base of the Military academy of the army air defence (MATAD) of the RF Armed Forces named after Marshal of the Soviet Union A.M. Vasilevsky XVI military science conference on the theme: was carried out. It was attended by the representatives of the central organs of the arms forces administration, the leading designers of the number of the enterprises of defence industry, and also the representatives of scientific organisations and higher educational institutions of the RF Ministry of Defence, basic defence enterprises, training centres, administrations, air defence formations and units - totally about 350 men, among which 33 doctors and 243 candidates of sciences.
