By the time you read this Gordon Brown will have received a letter about Climate Change from the RIBA and sister institutes under the Construction Industry Council umbrella. We are urging the British PM to be bolder and more focused on obtaining a binding and effective international agreement on limiting carbon emissions, because without such an agreement our various efforts to mitigate climate change could be virtually useless.
