The development of Cambridge's fringe continues apace with the announcement that CFMoller and PRP Architects have secured planning approval for a 5.4ha site in Skanska's Great Kneighton development. Chris Fay from CF M0ller highlighted the Scandinavian approach to the design of both home and neighbourhood. The 273 homes at Long Lane will be laid out in streets, terraces and blocks around a park - with an existing hedgerow taking centre stage.
