Critical reflections on authentic teaching: a personal account

摘要

In this paper I critically reflect upon how I went about employing an authentic teaching model in South Africa. Throughout the reflection, I incorporate the model's themes of context, other, self and relationships. I share challenges I faced as well as lessons learned throughout the experience.
